Leadership

The people who run the company

Four executives, a corporate team that runs accounts, safety, finance and marketing, and a field team of coaches and site leads who run the shifts. Most managers started on a crew.

Promotion from within

Al Cuevas started as a janitor. Judith Cortes started on a night crew thirteen years ago and is an account manager. Elizabeth Zamora started on a night crew and runs a hospital site. Carmela Guatemala started as a cleaner and is a field coach. When we need a supervisor or a manager, we look at the crew first. It is why the standard holds when a lead is out: the person covering has done the job.

Questions people ask

Who will I deal with day to day?

Your account manager, who walks the site weekly and runs the portal, and the coach on shift for anything that night.

Who do I escalate to?

The Director of Operations, Pete Velez, for operations; the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, Letty Miranda, for the account relationship.

Can I meet the crew before we start?

Yes. The coach and the crew lead are on the site walk or the start-up meeting.
