Janitorial services
Night crews and day porters for offices, hospitals, schools, labs, museums and plants in Northern California. Your account manager walks the site every week; the coach fixes what they find the same night.

A night crew that knows the building, a coach on the shift, and an account manager who walks the site with a checklist every week. The scope is written by area and frequency, so a restroom is cleaned and restocked on the schedule you agreed, not when someone notices. Supplies, chemicals and equipment are ours. Green cleaning is an option on every contract.
Most of our crews have been with us for years. Coaches are promoted from the crew, which is why the same standard holds when a lead is out.
What is included

Offices, lobbies, break rooms, conference rooms, common areas. Dusting, vacuuming, trash and recycling, glass and partitions.

Cleaned, disinfected and restocked on every shift. Fixtures, partitions, floors, mirrors, dispensers. Supply checks logged by the coach.

HEPA vacuuming, auto-scrub, burnishing, strip and recoat, carpet encapsulation and hot-water extraction on a rotation.
Door hardware, rails, switches, elevator panels and shared equipment wiped with the right dwell time, more often during flu season.
Task chairs, lounge seating and fabric panels vacuumed and spot-cleaned; deep cleans scheduled by quarter.
A porter on site during business hours for lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, spills and event set-ups.
