Facilities staffing

Facilities people in your building, on our payroll

Technicians, facilities managers and directors placed on site, full-time, part-time or for a project. They are UFG employees with our training, coaching and benefits; they work your building to your priorities.

When staffing beats a contract

Five men, most in navy UFG pullovers, meet at white tables beside a flip chart headed Logistics, one holding a printout

Some buildings need a person, not a scope: a technician who walks the floors every morning, a facilities manager who runs the vendors and the budget, a director for a campus. We place them. They stay on UFG's payroll with our benefits and training, report to you day to day, and have our coaches and crew pool behind them when something is bigger than one person.

Questions people ask

Who does the placed technician report to?

To you day to day, and to UFG for employment, training and benefits. Your account manager checks in weekly.

Can we convert a placed person to our payroll?

Terms for conversion are in the staffing agreement; ask when you request a quote.

What if the person is out sick?

The regional crew pool covers, and you are told the same day.

Is this the same as temporary staffing?

No. Facilities staffing is ongoing placement of technicians and managers. Temporary staffing is short-notice cover for shipping, reception and handyman roles.
