Buildings with rules of their own

A hospital isolation room, a cleanroom and a museum gallery are not cleaned the same way, and a school is not maintained on an office calendar. Each page says what changes and who on our team has done it.

What changes by industry

Three things: the standard, the schedule and the paperwork. A hospital's standard is set by infection control and its schedule by census; a school's schedule is the academic year and its paperwork is the district's; a cleanroom's standard is particle counts and its paperwork is the client's own SOP. We write the scope to the industry's rules and staff it with people who have worked in that kind of building. The weekly audit, the coach on shift and the quarterly review are the same everywhere.

Questions people ask

Do you have crews trained for hospitals?

Yes. Our healthcare crews follow EVS protocols for terminal, isolation and discharge cleans, with documented dwell times and sign-offs. Elizabeth Zamora runs our flagship healthcare site.

Can you work around a production schedule?

Yes. Manufacturing crews work shift changes, weekends and planned shutdowns; the scope is written around the line.

What about buildings that are not on this list?

Call us. Hospitality, retail, government-adjacent offices and distribution centres are on our client list under one of these seven.
