About Judy
Judith Cortes, Judy to everyone, joined UFG on a night-shift cleaning crew thirteen years ago and is now the single point of contact for her portfolio of sites. Thirteen years, three titles, all earned on the floor.
Judy learned every detail of the job she now supervises by doing it. Her steady work and plain honesty earned quick promotions and the trust of both clients and crews. As she puts it in her film, she is an employee just like everyone else on the account.
