Services

Four services, one crew, one report

Janitorial, building maintenance, facilities management and landscaping for workplaces in Northern California. Most clients start with one and add the rest once they have met the account manager.

  • Facilities staffing

  • Temporary staffing

Shipping and receiving, reception, handyman, plumbing and electrical cover on short notice.

  • Hospital surge support

EVS surge pods, terminal and isolation cleaning, floor programs and ICRA support for cold and flu season.

How it works

From site walk to first shift

  1. Site walk

An account manager walks the building with you, measures, and asks what has gone wrong with the last vendor.

  2. Written scope

You get a scope by area and frequency, a schedule, a price and the name of the person who will run it. Within one business day of the walk for most sites.

  3. Start-up

The coach meets the crew on site for the first shifts. Supplies, keys, alarm codes and the work-order portal are set up before night one.

  4. The weekly audit

Every week the account manager walks the site with a checklist and sends you the result. Misses go to the coach and are confirmed fixed.

Questions people ask

Can we start with one service and add others later?

Yes. Most clients start with janitorial and add building maintenance or landscaping in the first year. The same account manager covers all of them, so there is one report and one phone number.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes. Night crews are the norm for offices and schools; hospitals and manufacturers run day and night shifts. Weekend projects such as floor refinishing are scheduled so they do not disrupt Monday.

Who supervises the crew?

A coach, which is UFG's word for a working supervisor. Coaches are promoted from the crew, train new hires on site and take the account manager's audit findings straight to the shift.

What does the work-order portal show?

Work in progress, scheduled tasks, completed tasks with dates, your open requests, and quotes for extra work. Clients use it instead of email chains.

Are your cleaning products green?

Green cleaning is an option on every janitorial contract: non-toxic, biodegradable products and HEPA vacuuming. Some clients require it for certifications; others choose it for occupants.
