On the ground, every shift

Coaches, UFG's word for working supervisors, and site leads run the shifts. They train new hires on the floor, check the work against the scope, and fix what the weekly audit finds the same night. Every one of them started on a crew.

What a coach does

A coach works the shift with the crew. They walk the site before the crew leaves, check the audit sheet from the account manager, train new hires by doing the job alongside them, log supply checks, and call the account manager when something needs a decision. Carmela Guatemala's five-minute quality pause and Jhony Marroquin Rivera's weekly supply check are the kind of routines coaches invent and the whole company adopts.
