About Pete
Pete Velez runs day-to-day operations for UFG's most critical accounts. He has 35 years in commercial cleaning, 15 of them in sales, and served in the U.S. Army before that. He has worked with Al Cuevas for most of those years.
Pete has done every job on the operations side, from account management on the ground to sales strategy, which is why account managers and site supervisors report to him. He calls supervisors coaches and means it: the job is to teach the standard on the floor, not to police it from the office.

Pete orchestrates execution on the accounts that cannot slip: hospitals, campuses, multi-site clients. He mentors account managers and coaches, drives consistency and quality, and gets issues resolved fast. His quality-control protocols are the ones the weekly audit runs on.
