Privacy policy
What we collect on this site, what we do with it, and how to opt out. Updated October 10, 2026.
Who we are
United Facilities Group ("UFG", "UFGWorks", "we"), 2415 De La Cruz Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. Our website is https://ufgworks.com. Questions about this policy go to info@ufgworks.com or 408-588-1537.
What we collect
Forms. When you request a quote, send an enquiry, apply for a job or subscribe, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, company, message, and for job applications a resume. We also record the page the form was on, the time, and your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3C0TS98DTZ) to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records page views, scroll and click events, approximate location and device type. It does not receive the contents of forms. You can block it with a browser extension or your browser's tracking settings; the site works without it.
Server logs. Our web server records requests (URL, time, IP address, browser) for security and troubleshooting and keeps them for a limited period.
This site does not use comments, user accounts or third-party embeds that track you. The films on the site are hosted by us.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, consider a job application, send updates you asked for, keep the site secure, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you SMS messages about quotes, scheduling and service updates, appointment reminders, surveys, emergency notices and, if you consent, promotions related to our services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting info@ufgworks.com.
Data we process for SMS: mobile number, consent and opt-in status, time and date, source URL and consent text, IP address and user agent at sign-up; message content, timestamps, delivery and engagement metadata such as delivery status and opt-out logs; support interactions tied to SMS such as HELP requests.
How we use it: to operate the messaging programme, deliver requested updates and, if you consent, send promotions; to document compliance with carrier rules and applicable laws such as the TCPA and to manage opt-out requests; to diagnose delivery issues and prevent abuse.
Sharing: we use service providers such as messaging and telephony platforms to transmit messages on our behalf. They may process SMS data only under our instructions and contractual safeguards. We do not sell your SMS enrolment data.
Retention: we keep SMS enrolment and opt-out records as long as reasonably necessary to operate the programme and demonstrate compliance, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance, or contact info@ufgworks.com. See the SMS Terms page for the full programme terms.
Who we share data with
Service providers who help us run the site and the business: our web host, our email delivery provider for form notifications, our messaging and telephony platforms for SMS, and Google for analytics. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and quote requests: as long as we are in contact about them, and then for our records of the business relationship. Job applications: for the hiring process and a reasonable period after. Analytics: per Google's retention settings for our property, currently 14 months. Server logs: a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@ufgworks.com or write to the Santa Clara address above. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honour them for everyone.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. The site itself sets no cookies for logins or comments because it has none. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.
