Healthcare facilities

Hospital and clinic facility services run to infection-control rules

Environmental services crews for patient areas, public areas and ambulatory sites, with documented terminal, isolation and discharge cleans, floor programs that respect the manufacturer's care sheet, and surge pods for flu season. Elizabeth Zamora, who started on a night crew, runs our flagship hospital site at Sutter Sacramento.

Questions people ask

Are your crews trained in hospital EVS?

Yes. Crews on healthcare accounts are trained on terminal, isolation and discharge cleaning, dwell times, PPE and bloodborne pathogen handling, with records kept by our safety training coordinator.

Can you start during a flu surge?

Yes. The surge programme mobilises a pod in 24 to 48 hours with a pre-approved scope, PPE and chemical list, and same-day supervisor reporting.

Do you work in operating rooms?

Yes: between-case turnover assistance and end-of-day terminal cleans, aligned with the perioperative SOPs of the site.

Will you follow our infection-prevention team's products?

Yes. Products and dwell times are set with your IP team; electrostatic application and fogging only where a product label and the facility allow it.

Do you handle regulated medical waste?

We handle in-room collection and transport to the facility's holding area under its procedures; disposal stays with your licensed hauler.
