Technology and bio-tech

Facility services for campuses that never stop

Cleanrooms and labs cleaned to your SOP, offices and common areas cleaned at night, critical systems on a preventive calendar, and vendors escorted and logged. SAP, SoftBank, RingCentral and Xperi are on the client list; the first UFG contracts in 1998 were technology campuses in the South Bay.

Security and continuity. Crews are background-checked and badged before the first shift, assigned to the site rather than rotated, and trained on the escorted zones. Work is scheduled around product launches, all-hands days and research runs. The account manager's weekly audit covers labs and offices on the same sheet, and the quarterly review puts inspection scores next to tickets.

Questions people ask

Can you follow our cleanroom SOP?

Yes. Your SOP, chemistries and gowning rules are the scope; our crews are trained to them before the first shift and the coach checks against them.

How do you handle badging and background checks?

As part of the start-up. Crews are assigned to your site and do not rotate, so the badged roster stays stable.

Do you maintain lab HVAC?

Filter management and rounds, yes; controls and refrigeration work goes to your vendor or ours, escorted and logged.

Can you scale up for a campus expansion?

Yes. The South Bay crew pool is the deepest in the company and start-up teams come from it.
