Do you work with the building's property manager or with the tenant?
Either. Many of our office accounts are tenant contracts inside a managed building; we coordinate with the property manager for access, dock and after-hours HVAC.
Can you handle a hybrid office with variable occupancy?
Yes. Scopes can flex by day of week, and day porter hours can follow the in-office pattern.
Will the same crew clean our office every night?
Yes. Crews are assigned to the site; the coach covers absences from the regional pool.
Do you provide consumables?
Paper, soap, liners and cleaning products are ours; restocking is logged by the coach.
