Building maintenance management

Building maintenance on a schedule, not after the outage

Preventive checks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting, general repairs, and an emergency line for the rest. Every task sits in the work-order portal so you can see what was done and when.

We start with a walk-through of the building's systems and write a preventive maintenance calendar: filter changes, belt and coil checks, panel inspections, fixture and valve checks, lighting rounds. Technicians work the calendar; the account manager reports on it weekly. Repairs outside the calendar go through the portal with a quote when one is needed, and emergency calls go to a person, not a queue.

Specialised trades we do not carry in-house, such as licensed electrical panel work or refrigerant service, go to subcontractors we have used for years. You see them on the same portal.

Questions people ask

Do you handle emergency repairs?

Yes. Clients have a direct line for emergencies and we send the nearest technician. Non-emergency requests go through the portal with a response the same business day.

Are your technicians licensed?

Our technicians handle general maintenance and minor repairs. Work that requires a licensed trade, such as panel work or refrigerant handling, is done by licensed subcontractors we have long-standing relationships with, and you see them on the same portal.

Can you take over an existing maintenance log?

Yes. We import your equipment list and history into the portal and build the calendar from it.

How is building maintenance priced?

A monthly fee for the preventive calendar based on the equipment list and square footage, plus quoted repairs. Hourly options exist for small buildings.

Do you work on roofs?

We inspect roofs, clear drains and report; roofing repairs go to a roofing contractor.
