Six regions, two offices, local crews

Crews are hired and coached in the region they work in. The Santa Clara headquarters runs the Bay Area and the Central Valley; the Monterey office runs the coast. Sacramento has its own crews and account managers.

Why region matters for facility work

A crew that lives an hour from the building does not show up at 2 a.m. when the alarm panel trips. Coastal buildings fight salt air and fog on glass and metal; Central Valley warehouses fight dust; Sacramento schools run on a district calendar. Each region page says what we actually do there and which services have their own local page.

Questions people ask

Do you cover the whole Bay Area?

Yes: South Bay, San Francisco and the Peninsula, and the East Bay (Alameda and Contra Costa counties) each have local crews and account managers.

How far outside these regions will you go?

We quote sites within about an hour of a crew base. Ask; the answer is usually yes for a multi-site client.

Are the same services available in every region?

Janitorial, building maintenance and safety and compliance are available everywhere. Landscaping runs in every region except where a site is too far from a grounds crew; the quote will say.
