Closing the Loop

Drought-resistant planting, irrigation controllers reset by month, mulch that holds moisture, and early-morning summer routes. Weekly grounds care for campuses, office parks, distribution centres and schools in the Central Valley.

The valley's problems are water and heat. We select plants for the site's water budget, convert turf nobody walks on, run drip where spray wastes, and reset controllers monthly between April and October. Summer routes start early. Leaf season and winter pruning are on the calendar; storm clean-ups are on call.

What is included

Plant selection for minimal water; turf conversions; mulch programmes.
Heat-tolerant colour at entrances; rotations in spring and fall.
Mowing, edging, blowing, fertilisation and weed control on a weekly route.
Monthly controller resets, drip and spray checks, leak repair, water-use reporting where metered.
Pruning and trimming for health, shade and sight lines; arborist referrals.
Parking lots, walkways and entrances cleared every visit; storm clean-ups on call.
