Closing the Loop

Weekly grounds routes for office parks, campuses and clinics; irrigation set to the local watering schedule; heat-tolerant and native planting; seasonal colour at entrances; and a plan for the valley oaks and the leaves they drop.

Sacramento office parks were planted for a wetter era. We convert turf that nobody uses, replace spray with drip where it fits, and reset controllers to the local schedule each month. Leaf season is heavy under mature trees and is on the calendar from October. Entrances get seasonal colour; retention areas get a maintenance plan rather than a mow-and-go.
