A Lot of Notes

Warehouses, distribution centres, food-processing plants, agriculture offices and schools. Every Central Valley scope starts with dust: sweeper and scrubber routes, high dusting of racks, entrance matting and HVAC filter checks, then the restrooms, floors and offices on a night schedule.

Valley buildings are big, hot and dusty. Our crews run ride-on sweepers and scrubbers on warehouse floors, high-dust racks and fixtures on a rotation, and keep break rooms and restrooms sized for shift crews. Food plants get food-safe chemistries and documentation. Offices and schools get the standard night clean with HEPA vacuuming, which matters more here than anywhere else we work.

What is included

Sweeper and scrubber routes, dock plates and aprons, high dusting of racks and fixtures, entrance matting.
Approved chemistries, documented procedures and crews trained on the plant's food-safety rules for processing areas and break rooms.

Nightly cleaning of offices and conference rooms, HEPA vacuuming, glass, trash and recycling.
Scrub and recoat on a programme for VCT, polished concrete care, carpet extraction in offices.
Time clocks, door hardware, rails and shared equipment every shift; more often in flu season.
